I can't log in to my account
There might be conflicting cookies in your system. Let's try clearing the cache.

Internet Explorer:

1. Click "Tools"
2. Select "Internet Options"
3. Select the "General" tab
4. Under Browsing History, click "Delete..."
5. Next to Temporary Internet Files, click "Delete files..."
6. Next to Cookies, click "Delete cookies..."
7. Click "Close" at the bottom
8. Click "OK" at the bottom


Firefox:

1. Click "Tools" on top
2. Select "Options" 
3. Click the "Privacy" icon
4. Click the "Cookies" tab
5. Click the "Clear Cookies Now" button
6. Click the "Cache" tab
7. Click the "Clear Cache Now" button
Why can't I fast forward the videos?
*Applies to ETF Master Trader Online subscriptions
You can fast forward through the videos after the entire video has been downloaded by clicking on the bar at the bottom of the video.  It will jump you to that section of the video.  However there is no way to fast forward or rewind to specific times, as the Flash video format does not allow this.
How do I change my email address of record?
We'd hate to think that you weren't getting what you paid for, so contact us to change your email address.
I forgot my username and password. What ever shall I do?
Don't stress it. Click here and we'll email you your password.
How do I change my user name and password?
Your username should be your email address. If you change your email address, contact us.You can change your password after logging into your account by selecting the Account Management tab, then the My Account link and making any updates.
Any password you select must be at least 6 characters long without spaces or special characters.
How do I change my email address?

I forgot my password
If you forgot or lost your password, a new one will be sent to you.
To reset your password, follow these steps:
  1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link, next to the Login button
  2. Enter your Email address in the text box
  3. Click the "Send" button
  4. You will receive a new password in your Email.

I forgot my username and password. Whatever shall I do?

What is my username?
Your username is the e-mail address you used to subscribe to the service. In the case that you have forgotten the e-mail address you used, please click here to contact us. Please provide your full name so we can run a search in our customer database.
AOL users cannot login to their account
Please login to you account using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox as your web browser. Firefox can be downloaded free of charge here - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

When I try to open the video I get this error "Adobe message - file is damaged and can not be repaired". What do I do?
It's likely that your cache is full.  To fix this, please follow these steps:

1)IE browser, Tools>Internet Options>Advanced>Security>Empty temp internet files at close=YES

2)IE browser, Tools>Internet Options>General>BrowsingHistory-Settings>Set disk cache to max allowed.
How do I whitelist you?
In order to ensure your ETF Master Trader Emails do not get caught in spam or junk mail filters, you can Whitelist us. Usually, adding our Email address to your address book will do the trick. For your convenience, we have provided instructions below for the most commonly used Email services or programs.

What is a PDF?
PDF stands for Portable Document File and is developed by Adobe Systems. The PDF format is a universally accepted file format that retains all of the fonts, formatting, colors and graphics of documents that come from an originally created document, regardless of the software application or platform used to create it.
Adobe Reader is required to view PDF files. To get the latest Adobe Reader, click here
I'm not getting Trade Alerts. What should I do?
The first thing that you should do is check to make sure that you have added crowe@thetrendrider and membersupport@thetrendrider.com to your address book. If we are not in your address book, your e-mail provider may have sent the trade alert to your "junk" or "bulk" folder. Be sure to check those folders too.
After checking your "bulk" or "junk" folder, and making sure that you have our e-mail addresses in your address book, e-mail us at membersupport@thetrendrider.com and we will work with you until the problem is resolved.
